Products not showing? Suspended is not final.

Misrepresentation flags, mass disapprovals, a Merchant Center that went dark overnight. We find the real reason Google pulled the plug, fix it at the source, and write the appeal that gets you back. Flat fee, no retainer required.

Every day suspended is revenue gone. We look at the account before you pay anything and tell you whether it is fixable.

Broken, or just invisible.

Both end with your products not being seen. They need completely different work, and the first thing we do is establish which one you have.

The emergency: suspensions and disapprovals

Misrepresentation is the one that ends businesses, and it is almost never about the thing the notice says. It is usually a missing or contradictory policy page, a compare-at price that was never charged, a countdown that resets on reload, or products listed as available that are not. We find the actual trigger, fix it at the source, then appeal. Fixing the appeal wording without fixing the cause gets you rejected and burns an attempt.

The slow leak: feed quality

No suspension, no error, just products that never surface. Usually titles written for the warehouse and attributes left blank.

Titles are the targeting

In Shopping you do not bid on keywords, you bid on products. The title is the strongest matching signal you control.

Attributes are not paperwork

GTIN, brand, condition, size, colour, material. Every blank field is a query you cannot match on and a comparison you lose by default. Most catalogues have entire attribute columns nobody ever filled, and it costs impressions silently rather than throwing an error.

Five phases, and the appeal is the last one.

The most common reason an appeal fails is that it was submitted before the underlying problem was fixed. Every rejected attempt makes the next one harder, so the order here is not negotiable.

    Find the real trigger

The notice names a policy, not a cause. We audit the store against what that policy actually enforces, which is usually somewhere else entirely.

  2. 02

    Fix it at the source

In the store, in the feed, on the policy pages. Not a wording change in the appeal form.

  3. 03

    Prove it is fixed

Screenshots, timestamps, before and after. An appeal with evidence is a different document from an appeal with a promise.

  4. 04

    Write and submit the appeal

Stating what was wrong, what changed, and where to verify it. Plain, specific, no pleading.

  5. 05

    Stay until it is back

If it is rejected we find what was missed and go again. The fee covers the outcome, not the attempt.

And when nothing is actually broken.

The other half. No suspension, no error, the products simply never appear. This runs as part of an ads engagement rather than as a separate fee.

  1. 01

    Title rewriting

Written for how people search rather than how the warehouse names things, on the products that carry the revenue first.

  2. 02

    Attribute completion

The blank columns filled. Each one is a query you could not match on before.

  3. 03

    Disapproval sweep

The quiet ones nobody noticed, which sit under the suspension threshold and just remove products from the auction.

  4. 04

    Ongoing monitoring

Feed health checked on a schedule, because a policy change or a theme update can break it without warning.

Three reasons to send us the broken one.

01

We diagnose before you pay

You find out what tripped it, whether it is fixable and what it costs, before any money changes hands. Some accounts we turn away.

02

Flat fee, not a retainer

A suspension is an emergency, not a subscription. You should not have to sign a monthly contract to get your account back.

03

We fix the cause, then appeal

Appealing first burns an attempt and makes the next one harder. The fix comes first, always, with evidence attached.

How suspensions usually get handled, against how we handle them.

What usually happens
What we do
Appeal submitted immediately, cause untouched
Cause found and fixed first, appeal written around the evidence
The notice taken at face value
The store audited against what that policy actually enforces
Repeated appeals until attempts run out
One appeal with proof, and we go again if it is rejected
Monthly retainer required to get help
Flat fee, scoped after a free look at the account
Feed handed back with a list of recommendations
Feed fixed in the store and the Merchant Center
Quiet disapprovals never reviewed
The sub-threshold ones swept too, because they cost impressions silently

Questions, answered.

The ones that come up when an account goes down.

01What does a misrepresentation suspension actually mean?

It means Google believes the store presents itself or its offers in a way that could mislead a buyer. It very rarely means what the notice appears to say. In practice the trigger is usually a missing or contradictory returns, shipping or contact page, a compare-at price that was never actually charged, a countdown timer that resets on reload, or products shown as available that are out of stock. The notice names the policy, not the cause, which is why appeals written from the notice alone tend to fail.

02How long does reinstatement take?

The fix is usually days. The review after submission is Google's clock and it is typically a few business days, though it can be longer for repeat suspensions. Anyone promising a specific reinstatement date is guessing at a queue they do not control.

03We already appealed and got rejected. Is it over?

No, but it is harder, and the reason matters. A rejection almost always means the appeal was submitted before the cause was fixed, so Google looked, found the same problem, and declined. The path forward is the same: find the real trigger, fix it properly, submit with evidence. Send us the account and the rejection wording.

04Do you guarantee reinstatement?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. The decision is Google's and some accounts have history that makes reinstatement genuinely unlikely. What we do is tell you honestly, before you pay, whether we think yours is fixable. Some accounts we turn away, and you will hear that rather than an invoice.

05Is feed optimisation part of this fee?

No. The flat fee covers remediation, getting a broken account working again. Feed optimisation is ongoing work and runs inside a Google Ads engagement, because titles and attributes need revisiting as the catalogue changes rather than being fixed once.

06Do we need to be an ads client for you to fix a suspension?

No. It is a flat fee piece of work and plenty of the accounts we fix never become retainer clients. A suspension is an emergency and tying it to a monthly contract would be taking advantage of one.
