You do not need an agency. You need a second opinion.

Plenty of in-house teams are running a perfectly competent account and still cannot tell whether the plateau is the market, the structure, or the tracking. That is a question worth a few hours of someone senior, not a monthly retainer and a handover.

The questions a dashboard will not answer.

Reporting tells you what happened. It is silent on whether the structure can support what you want next, and that is usually the actual question.

Is the plateau structural or is it the market?

The most expensive uncertainty in a mature account. If it is the market, more budget buys worse traffic and the right move is elsewhere entirely. If it is the structure, the ceiling is self-imposed and a restructure removes it. Telling the two apart takes an hour of looking at segmentation, search terms and share of voice together, and almost nobody does it because the account looks fine from inside.

Should this be one campaign or six?

Consolidation and segmentation are both correct advice, for different accounts. Which one applies to yours depends on volume, not on what is fashionable this year.

Is the bidding strategy right for your data?

Smart bidding needs conversion volume to work. Below a threshold it is guessing expensively, and the platform will not tell you that.

Is your reporting lying to you?

Duplicate conversions, brand traffic counted as acquisition, consent gaps and view-through inflating everything. Most accounts have at least one, and every decision made on top of it inherits the error. Worth checking before anything else gets debated.

Stuck on a decision rather than a task? That is what an hour is for.

Thirty minutes free to see whether it is worth it

Read first, talk second.

A call where the consultant is seeing the account for the first time is a call you are paying to watch someone read.

  1. 01

    Access before the call

Read-only on the account and the analytics. The reading happens on our time, not yours.

  2. 02

    A written position first

What we found and what we would do, sent before we speak, so the call is spent arguing about the conclusion rather than establishing the facts.

  3. 03

    The session itself

Your questions against our findings. Recorded if you want it, so the people who were not there still get it.

  4. 04

    A written follow-up

What was decided, in what order, and what to measure. Something your team can execute from without you translating.

Accounts we have actually run.

Consulting from an operator who still manages accounts, not from someone who last touched one three years ago.

Are we starting to cook here, or am I getting ahead of myself? Honestly, I'm happy with all of this.

I really enjoy working with Igor. Super knowledgeable, fast, and he takes initiative. Easy to reach, always brings smart strategies, and he built us a full AI dashboard where every result is easy to read. We speak weekly. I'd recommend working with him to anyone.

Three reasons this is not a sales call.

01

We are not pitching for the account

Consulting is the product here. If management is genuinely the better fit we will say so, but the hour is not a demo for a retainer.

02

Still in accounts every week

Advice about Google Ads goes stale in months. The person you speak to is running live accounts, not recalling how it worked in 2024.

03

You keep doing the work

Your team executes, which means the capability stays in the building instead of leaving with a supplier.

Book a strategy call

Questions, answered.

The ones that come up before booking an hour.

01How is this different from a free audit?

A free audit is a sales asset and it is shaped like one. It finds problems that require the agency offering it, and it stops short of the things you could fix yourself this week. A paid hour has no such incentive, which is why it can end with "your structure is fine, the problem is your landing page" or "stop spending here". We offer both, and they are honestly different products.

02Do you need access to our account?

Read-only, before the call. Reading an account live on a call you are paying for is a poor use of the hour. We look first, send a written position, and spend the session on the disagreement rather than the discovery.

03Can you just tell us if our agency is doing a good job?

Yes, and it is a common reason people book. You get a straight read on structure, measurement and whether the reported numbers describe reality. Sometimes the answer is that the agency is doing fine and the constraint is elsewhere, which is worth knowing before you change supplier.

04What if we decide we want you to run it?

Then we talk about that separately. The consulting hour is not priced as a loss leader and we are not trying to convert it, which is exactly what makes the advice worth buying.

05How many hours do people usually need?

Most questions resolve in one or two. Ongoing direction, where someone senior reviews the account monthly and the team executes, works better as a small call pack. We will tell you which shape fits after the first conversation.

06Do you work with agencies as well as advertisers?

Yes. A fair share of this is agencies wanting a second read on an account they are not happy with, or a sanity check before a difficult client conversation. That stays confidential and it is a legitimate use of the hour.
