Built by the people running the traffic.
Most sites are designed by one company, built by a second and marketed by a third, which is why the page and the ad so rarely agree. We build what we then have to make perform, so the arguments happen before the build instead of after it.
Four things, one standard.
Different jobs, same rules: a fixed price agreed before anything starts, code you own, and no platform you have to keep paying to keep your own site working.
Shopify stores
Built on a branch of the theme you already run, so your subscriptions, reviews and tracking never switch off. Version controlled in a repository you keep, previewed unpublished on your own store, and published by you rather than by us. From €500.
Custom websites
Astro, static, no CMS tax and nothing to patch monthly. Fully custom from €1,500, one-page from €500.
Landing pages
Built for a specific campaign rather than for the brand book. Single page €397, four-page pack €597.
Dashboards
Reporting your clients can read without you translating it. The client dashboard is a shipped product at €2,997, hosted, branded and portable. Agency and operations variants are on the dashboards page.
The same four rules, whatever we are building.
These are not preferences. Each one exists because its absence has broken somebody's site.
- 01
Fixed price, agreed first
You know the number before work starts. No hourly meter, so nobody is incentivised to take longer.
- 02
Version control, always
Your build lives in a private repository with history. If we part ways any developer can pick it up.
- 03
Previewed before it is live
On your own domain or your own store, on real data, before anything switches.
- 04
You own everything
Code, repo, hosting and accounts in your name. Nothing stops working because you stopped paying us.
What the work is worth.
Published case studies from accounts where the site and the marketing were handled by the same operator.
I really enjoy working with Igor. Super knowledgeable, fast, and he takes initiative. Easy to reach, always brings smart strategies, and he built us a full AI dashboard where every result is easy to read. We speak weekly. I'd recommend working with him to anyone.
I just got the AI assistant and I'm absolutely blown away. It feels like I'm Tony Stark. The amount of work I get done now is insane, and I've had zero issues with it.

Three things a marketing-run build changes.
Speed is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
When you are paying per click, a slow page is a line item. Sites built by people who never buy traffic treat load time as an aesthetic question.
Tracking ships with the build
Measurement is designed in rather than retrofitted by a different agency who now has to guess at what the developer did.
No handover gap
Nobody blames the other party, because there is no other party. The build and the campaign are the same engagement.
Pick the build.

From €500 →Custom websites
Astro and static. Fast because of what it is, not because of what was bolted on afterwards.
From €500 →Landing pages
Message-matched to the campaign, shipped in days, built to be tested rather than admired.
From €397 →Dashboards
Client, agency and operations reporting. Hosted, branded and portable.
From €2.997 →Questions, answered.
The ones that come up before any build.
01Do you work fixed price or hourly?
Fixed, always, agreed before anything starts. Hourly billing means the agency profits from the project taking longer, which is a strange thing to build into a relationship. If the scope genuinely changes we requote rather than quietly extending.
02Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The repository, the hosting, the domain and every platform account are in your name. Nothing we build stops working because you stopped paying us, and any developer can pick it up from the repository history.
03Can you work on our existing site?
Usually yes, and usually that is the better answer. Rebuilding from scratch throws away everything that already works, including customisations and integrations nobody documented. We start from what exists unless there is a real reason not to.
04Do you do design as well as build?
Yes, and it is not treated as a separate phase with its own sign-off theatre. The design happens against what the page has to achieve, which for anything carrying paid traffic means conversion before decoration.
05What if we already have a designer or an agency?
That is fine and common. We can build to someone else's design, and the main thing we will push back on is anything that will obviously hurt speed or conversion. Better to have that argument before the build than after the numbers come in.
06Do you maintain the site afterwards?
Optionally. A static site needs very little maintenance, which is part of why we build them that way. If you want ongoing changes we can quote that, and if you want to take it in-house the repository is yours to hand over.
Tell us what you need built.
The current site if there is one, and what it needs to do. We come back with scope, a fixed price, and what we would leave alone.
Built to perform, not just to launch.
Tell us what you need. You get the scope and the number before anything starts.
