The challenge

Invisible for every query that mattered.

Competitors had 5 to 10 years of content and backlink advantage. The site had no schema markup, weak internal linking, missing meta optimization across collection and product pages, and zero blog content for informational traffic.

The audience was spread across the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland, each market with its own language and search behaviour.

The goal: build the entire organic search engine from scratch and turn organic into a real revenue channel across European markets, with zero ad spend.

Technical foundations

Started from zero: GSC and Bing verified, sitemap submitted, robots.txt cleaned, canonical and 404 issues fixed, JavaScript deferred, images compressed to next-gen formats, page speed reclaimed. GA4 e-commerce tracking and 100+ keyword position tracking from day one.

On-page optimization

Keyword map across 100+ terms by intent. Every title, meta and H1 rewritten. The single front seat covers page grew 359% (59 to 271 clicks); the double covers page grew 1,050% with position improving from 7.2 to 4.9.

Schema and rich results

Full structured data layer from zero: Product schema with price and availability, FAQ schema from real People Also Ask queries, Article and entity markup. Product snippet clicks +163%, merchant listing clicks +187%.

Content strategy and execution

A pillar post comparing the top 10 waterproof seat covers in Europe, supported by 10 cluster articles plus 4 standalone guides. Every piece keyword-mapped and internally linked. 11/11 posts drafted, 7/7 landing pages optimized.

Continuous optimization

Weekly tracking, monthly audits, cross-linking new content to collections, fresh product copy, schema validated weekly. A backlog library scoring every next opportunity by impact.
