The challenge

Research peptides is a regulated, high-competition niche. Every product page needs RUO compliance language, every article scientific accuracy and citations. The audience is researchers and lab professionals who expect precision, not marketing fluff.

The site averaged position 19.5, effectively page 2 or worse. The main collection page sat at 5.6 with a 2.5% CTR: shown, but scrolled past. No schema, no breadcrumbs, no FAQ sections, no research content. GA4 attribution was broken on top.

The goal: full technical infrastructure, optimized collection and product pages, sitewide structured data and a research-grade content pipeline, all inside compliance guardrails.

GSC fully configured, Bing set up, sitemap cleaned, canonical and URL parameter issues fixed, 404 redirect rules, deferred JavaScript, compressed images, GA4 e-commerce tracking repaired. Plus a complete SEO workflow system: 100+ term keyword map, content tracker, backlink prospect list and monthly dashboard.

On-page optimization

Titles, metas and H1s rewritten across collections, products and landing pages. The peptides collection page nearly doubled its clicks (258 to 510, +97.7%), CTR jumped 2.5% to 4.8%, position moved 5.6 to 2.7: into the top 3.

Schema and rich results

From zero structured data to 124 validated items: 27 breadcrumbs, 36 product snippets, 61 merchant listings, with zero errors. The brand entered Google's free Shopping surfaces without spending a cent on ads.

Content strategy

A research-grade pipeline around topic clusters: 4 published compound articles with scientific citations and RUO language, 13 cluster articles drafted, 18 informational posts planned, 24 landing pages in progress. The retatrutide article alone grew 179% in clicks.

Weekly position tracking, monthly GSC analysis, internal linking between research content and collections, schema validated weekly, and a scored backlog from CRO updates to backlink outreach across research communities.
